Do you already have a Panasonic phone system and require service? We have found many customers do not actually know the model number or name of the system they have been using. This chart can help you figure out which system you may have. Typically, you may see the model number on the telephone set on your desk, but for service you will need to know the number or the name of the main system unit that is usually hanging on a wall where all the phone wires are connected.
Most Panasonic telephones are “upwardly compatible”, in other words, a phone from an older system  will often work on more recent systems. This can be a great savings when you need to upgrade your system- you can usually keep using the phones you have now.  For identification, this chart is most useful if you can match the photo to your main system cabinet.  Also, you may see your model phone that matches an older system, but the main system could have been upgraded to a newer model. The most recent systems are the TDA series.
